More time to acclimatize.

Ask Tiff about early-arrival hiking →
We’ll confirm the dates, activities, inclusions, and separate price before you book. Extra days provide more time at altitude but do not guarantee acclimatization.
To arrange extra days, email Tiff with your arrival date and the destinations and activities you’re interested in. The add-on’s seller, booking terms, and payment arrangements will be confirmed before you book.

Before you commit
Booking terms & trip policies.
Review the booking conditions below before reserving your place. Open the separate Booking Terms & Trip Policies page →
1. Your booking
Tiff is your tour operator, organizing and hosting the experience. Freedom Peak is the official seller, collects payments, and handles booking administration. Local Peruvian guides and suppliers provide the contracted trekking and ground services.
Start by discussing your hiking experience, preparation and questions with Tiff. Once you and Tiff agree to move forward, Freedom Peak will send your booking documents and secure payment link. Your reservation is confirmed after you complete the required documents, pay the required amount, and receive written confirmation. An inquiry or conversation alone does not reserve a place. Reservation confirmation is separate from confirmation that the departure will run.
2. Price and payment
The trip price is $3,999 USD per person. A $1,200 deposit is credited toward that total. The remaining $2,799 must be paid in full by May 3, 2027, which is 90 days before the trip begins. For reservations made on or after that date, full payment is required to confirm the booking.
The $1,200 deposit is non-refundable for guest cancellations. For cancellations received before May 3, 2027, you will receive a refund of 75% of the trip payments you have actually made above the $1,200 deposit, even if you paid the full price early. The deposit and the remaining 25% of those additional payments are non-refundable. From May 3, 2027, full trip payment is non-refundable for guest cancellation, subject to Section 4, the low-enrollment Company-cancellation exception and applicable law.
If the balance is not paid by May 3, Freedom Peak will send a written reminder allowing seven calendar days to pay. If payment is not received within that period, Freedom Peak may cancel the reservation and retain payments already made under Section 4. An unpaid balance will not be pursued solely as a cancellation charge. The reminder period does not extend the May 3 refund cutoff. Contact Freedom Peak promptly if you cannot meet the deadline.
Pay only through the secure payment instructions provided by Freedom Peak. Do not email payment-card details.
3. Minimum group size and smaller-group options
A minimum of six confirmed guests is required to run this departure.
If fewer than six guests book, we will contact registered guests about available options. These may include running a smaller group at a higher price or cancelling the departure. Any revised price and arrangements will be provided in writing and require your express agreement. You will not be automatically charged a higher price.
If you do not agree to a proposed higher-priced option and the original departure cannot run, Freedom Peak will treat this as a Company cancellation for insufficient enrollment—not a guest cancellation.
If Freedom Peak cancels because there are not enough participants, all trip payments made to Freedom Peak, including the deposit, will be refunded in full. No cancellation fee will be charged. We will provide refund-processing information with the cancellation notice.
Wait for written confirmation that the departure will run before purchasing non-refundable flights or other independently booked travel. Refunds under this section cover payments for this trip made to Freedom Peak; separately purchased travel is subject to the relevant provider’s terms and any applicable legal rights.
4. Guest cancellations, refunds and replacement guests
Cancellation is effective when Freedom Peak receives your written cancellation request at allsevensummits@gmail.com. Request written acknowledgement. Dates and deadlines in this section use Denver, Colorado local time.
Cancellation received through May 2, 2027: the $1,200 deposit is non-refundable. You will receive a refund of 75% of the total trip payments you have actually made, excluding the $1,200 deposit. Freedom Peak retains the deposit plus 25% of any payments above it. This calculation includes balance payments made early. You will not be required to pay the remaining balance after cancelling before the deadline.
Refund calculation before May 3: 75% × (trip payments actually made − $1,200 deposit), with no refund if only the deposit has been paid. For example, if you paid the full $3,999, the refund is $2,099.25: 75% × $2,799. If you paid $2,200 in total, the refund is $750: 75% × $1,000.
Cancellation received on or after May 3, 2027: full trip payment is non-refundable. This applies to guest cancellation or inability to participate, including illness, injury, personal circumstances, travel delays, missed departure or early departure, subject to applicable law. There are no refunds for days or included services you choose not to use.
If your booking is cancelled with an unpaid balance, Freedom Peak will retain payments already made under this policy but will not pursue the unpaid balance solely as a cancellation charge. Failing to pay does not keep your reservation active; the reminder and cancellation process in Section 2 applies.
You may request a replacement guest, subject to Tiff’s screening, available arrangements and Freedom Peak’s prior written approval. A replacement or refund is not guaranteed. If an approved replacement books and pays, Freedom Peak may approve a refund of your payments above the $1,200 deposit, less additional unrecoverable replacement-related costs disclosed to you before you agree. The deposit remains non-refundable. Do not transfer your place privately or assume it can be moved to another departure.
The full-refund exception for Company cancellation due to insufficient enrollment in Section 3 still applies. These guest-cancellation rules do not remove rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded, or determine the remedies for Company cancellations for other reasons.
5. What your booking includes
The package includes Tiff as your tour operator throughout August 1–12, 2027; a pre-trip consultation, training program and gear list; four Huaraz hotel nights (August 1, 2, 3 and 11); welcome dinner; two acclimatization hikes, planned for Laguna Churup and Laguna 69 (destinations and activities are subject to change based on conditions and safety considerations); and an eight-day supported Huayhuash camping trek with a local trekking co-guide, cook and donkey support.
Included trek services also comprise transport from Huaraz to the trek and back, shared two-person trekking tents, group kitchen/dining equipment, and donkey transport for camping equipment, food and trekking gear within the confirmed allowance. Trek meals include lunch and dinner on the first trek day; breakfast, lunch and dinner on the middle days; and breakfast and lunch on the last trek day.
International flights, travel to/from Huaraz, airport transfers, personal clothing/equipment including sleeping bags and sleeping pads, personal insurance, voluntary gratuities, meals outside the stated schedule, drinks, personal expenses and separately booked extras are excluded.
Your booking invitation must specify the final accommodation basis, luggage allowance and any other package-specific inclusions, exclusions or additional charges before you pay. Extra hiking and acclimatization days with Tiff before August 1 are separately arranged and priced. Confirm their seller, destinations, activities and applicable terms before purchasing.
6. Preparation and participation
This is a moderate–strenuous trek at high altitude, with consecutive hiking days, steep ascents and descents, uneven terrain and remote camping. Some days may involve approximately 7–10 hours of walking. The tentative route reaches approximately 16,600 ft (5,060 m); the final route and elevations remain subject to confirmation.
During the pre-trip discussion, tell Tiff about your recent hiking, multi-day trekking and altitude experience so you can discuss the trip’s demands and an appropriate preparation plan. Prepare for the trip, bring required equipment and follow guide instructions. Fitness, training, pre-trip discussions and acclimatization hikes do not guarantee that you will adjust to altitude or complete the trek. Obtain individualized medical advice when appropriate and report symptoms promptly to the team.
Acknowledgement and assumption of inherent risks: By choosing to participate, you acknowledge the inherent risks of remote high-altitude trekking, including falls, altitude illness, severe weather, road hazards and delayed access to medical care or evacuation. These risks can result in serious injury or death and cannot be eliminated entirely. You voluntarily accept the inherent risks of participation. This acknowledgement is not a release of liability and does not limit rights or responsibilities that cannot legally be excluded.
7. Itinerary changes and emergencies
The itinerary is tentative. Weather, trail conditions, transport, health and safety considerations may require changes to routes, camps, timing or activities. Completing every planned pass or hiking day is not guaranteed. Follow the local lead guide’s safety directions, including instructions to descend or leave the trail.
Remote trekking involves risks including falls, altitude illness, other illness or injury, road hazards, and delayed access to care. Serious injury or death is possible. Communication and evacuation can be delayed or unavailable; immediate helicopter rescue is not guaranteed.
Additional medical, evacuation, transport or accommodation services may involve costs outside the package. Their payment arrangements should be confirmed with the provider and insurer as circumstances allow. Nothing in these terms excludes responsibility or rights that cannot legally be excluded.
If Freedom Peak must cancel for a reason other than insufficient enrollment, or make a material change before departure, it will notify guests in writing and explain the available options and applicable refund rights. Do not interpret the guest no-refund rule as a blanket waiver of rights when the Company cancels or cannot provide contracted services. This also applies if Tiff becomes unable to host.
8. Travel insurance
Travel insurance is strongly recommended and is not included. Consider trip cancellation/interruption protection for your non-refundable expenses, as well as medical treatment, evacuation and repatriation coverage suitable for trekking in Peru at the final itinerary’s full altitude. Check search-and-rescue benefits where available.
Verify the policy’s activity definitions, altitude limits, exclusions, benefits and authorization requirements directly with the insurer. Insurance does not guarantee reimbursement, and you may choose your own provider. Participant travel insurance is separate from the Company’s business liability insurance.
9. Arrival, conduct and personal information
Arrive in Huaraz by August 1, 2027, when our experience together begins. The welcome dinner is the only scheduled group activity on day one. Registered guests receive detailed meeting and departure information. Allow adequate time for onward travel and arrange the documents and entry requirements applicable to you.
Treat fellow guests, guides, crew and local communities respectfully. Harassment and threatening behavior are unacceptable. Follow reasonable safety instructions and local rules.
Do not send medical records, passport details or payment information in your initial email inquiry. Use the designated participant-information process for sensitive details. Permission to use your image for promotional purposes is separate from booking the trip.

Review and accept these terms and any separate participation documents through Freedom Peak’s booking process before payment. Keep a copy of your accepted terms and booking confirmation. These policies are not a liability waiver and do not replace any separately required agreement. Nothing here limits non-waivable consumer rights.
